Our coffee spread is made with simple ingredients, and we have chosen to include Valentino Caffè’s Sublime coffee as the main ingredient, ground from fresh and inserted directly during processing. The basis of the recipe remains that of our gianduja spread, which is rich in selected and roasted Italian hazelnuts and produced with the help of noble fats such as cocoa butter and high oleic sunflower seed oil, a source of natural antioxidants. The addition of cocoa powder and Madagascar bourbon vanilla creates a round, nutty coffee-flavored finish.
LACTOSE-FREE (with lactose < 0.01%).
Ingredients
HAZELNUTS, sugar, dry glucose, high oleic sunflower seed oil, vanilla, roasted ground coffee, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, fior salt, sunflower lecithin.
May contain traces of milk, gluten, eggs, peanuts, soy, sesame, celery, sulfur dioxide.
