Gallipoli cream spread is a delicately flavored cream on an Apulian almond base that has not been roasted but only oven-dried for many hours (we have as much as 30 percent almonds in the total recipe). It is composed of selected ingredients such as saffron made in Salento, which is infused hot in delactose butter and accompanied by ‘lemon essential oil and together they go to wrap the caramelized almonds present inside this spreadable cream and among the gastronomic excellence of our territory. The spread is made from delactose butter (with lactose < 0.01%). In Martinucci Laboratory’s production, the “Gallipoli” flavor characterizes a whole line of products , from mousse to ice cream, from party yeast to cake.
