Conservation
Fresh products are baked fresh in our laboratory and cooled rapidly to a temperature of 0° on the same day they are shipped.
Transportation is ensured by special refrigerated carriers placed in a thermal package. Upon delivery, the product can be kept in the freezer for 2 months, or stored in the refrigerator for 2 days and prepared following the tasting procedure in the package.
