In fact, the box includes a 3-pack of Amantera : heart of spiced cream and wild blueberry enclosed by shortbread with
Sicily Valle Del Platani pistachios
and as many as 6 Leccese pasticciotti in the following flavors:

Conservation
The products are baked fresh in our laboratory and cooled rapidly to a temperature of 0° on the same day they are shipped.
Transportation is ensured by special refrigerated carriers placed in a thermal package, and once delivery is made, the product can be kept in the freezer for 2 months. Alternatively, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days and prepared following the tasting procedure in the package.
Amantera was born from the research of the artisan workshop of our pastry shop. The cake made its national debut on October 12, 2018 in Santa Margherita di Pula, Sardinia, at the 2018 Food and Travel Italia Awards ceremony. In April 2021, it obtained certification and registration from the Ministry of Economic Development. The originality of the recipe has made this product become synonymous with the identity of the local culture.
