100% plant-based pasticciotto

Taste: A super tasty and healthy variation of the traditional pasticciotto. Our 100% plant-based pasticciotto is lighter, lower in calories and healthier. One misconception is to think of vegan as an alternative that forgoes taste. For this special pasticciotto, we used an impeccable shortbread and cream, replacing eggs and dairy products with plant-based ingredients: apple and banana fiber, olive oil and cream with almonds give this pasticciotto a strong yet light taste.

INGREDIENTS
Short Crust Pastry (FRUMEN type “0” flour, HARD WHEAT semolina, sugar, high oleic sunflower oil, water, cocoa butter, extra-virgin olive oil ,banana, potato starch, apple, raising agents: Trisodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate, ammonium carbonate ,WHEAT starch, salt and flavorings), vegan custard (water, sugar, ALMOND, high oleic sunflower oil, cocoa butter, rice starch, modified starch (E1422), glucose syrup, Bourbon vanilla, coloring agents: carotenes, emulsifier: Mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids; stabilizers: locust bean gum (E410); thickeners: carrageenan (E407), salt, lemon, flavorings).
