Conservation
The fresh product is cooked in our laboratory and quickly cooled to a temperature of -18° on the same day it is shipped.
Transportation is ensured by special refrigerated carriers placed in a thermal package. Upon delivery, The product can be kept in the freezer for 2 months, or stored in the refrigerator for 2 days and prepared following the tasting procedure in the package.

The product is cooked fresh in our laboratory, and cooled quickly. Transportation is provided by special refrigerated carriers.
