From the experience of our master pastry chefs, the artisanal sourdough panettone with sourdough to choose from ten different and original taste suggestions: a line of preservative-free panettone created to meet the needs of discerning and refined palates and to offer many good gift ideas to give and receive between Christmas and New Year. Some are offered in combination with our spreads.
Basic Ingredients
Wheat flour from selected grains, sourdough starter, fine French Lescure A.O.P butter, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Kneaded with spring water. Preservative-free.

In order for our panettone to best express all its aromatic and taste qualities, we recommend baking it in the oven before enjoying it: bring the oven temperature to 50°, turn off the oven and hold the panettone there for 10 minutes; another 5 minutes out of the oven and the panettone will be ready to offer itself at the top of its performance.
